midnight-in-town:

Honestly, I still think that, besides Seb most likely eating real!Ciel’s soul (”the fee for crossing”), the fact that our!Ciel ended up losing his faith in God during that one month is a big part of why Sebastian said that our!Ciel is definitely the one who called him.

Meanwhile Seb be like:

I mean it’s kinda awful but super ironic to think that even Seb, a literal demon, would call any benevolent meal of his a fool for turning their back on God.

This is so meta that I. can’t. xDD

Did oc and rc got sexually abused again in this month chapter?

Hi Anon! If you meant whether it was shown as explicitely as in the end of ch135 then the answer is “not really”.

It’s strongly

implied

through some fragments of the month passing by during the chapter, but it’s not a clear focus. This is what the cult has to say on the matter:

So yeah they definitely were, but again it’s not shown as explicitely as last month (slight trigger warning for the eighth page, without counting the cover).

I hope it answers your question, have a nice weekend!

A Tale of Two Toddler Fights

linkspooky:

There’s been a previous comparison made between the Saiko, Urie and Mutuski confrontation and the Akira, Amon and Seidou confrontation. While the situations are not exactly the same (they don’t have to be for the sake of parallels) there are several things in common.

The aggressor is an individual who after becoming a victim of torture has their hair turn white and suffers from severe dissociation.

The defenders and in both cases, the ones attempting to rescue the victim are also people who have for a long time neglected any cronfrontation at all with the victim and let them stew until it boiled over, and they ended up with the worst possible time for a confrontation.

However, the most important point of comparison between them for me is this. The two confrontations end on opposite notes, the message Seidou is told is this:

While the message Mutsuki is told is this:

The exact implications for the resolutions and final messages of both fights lead reflect some interesting ideas in both parties and can probably lead us towards some predictions on where exactly Mutuski’s arc will go next. So let’s head there under the cut.

I’m curious to what happened to these 4 children after Seb’s summoning honestly… I mean I’m sure they died too, but was it by Seb’s hand?

…Or was it the fire that will come after the contract and erase the whole place, as a previous parallel to what happened at Kelvin’s mansion?

I’m Not trying to be offensive but do you think Touka would be a different character if it weren’tt for touken?

awdipdog:

Not…really?

She didn’t have some big personality change after the relationship started and, barring the fact she called him her husband, she’d probably be doing the exact same thing to save him from dragon if they were just friends. The only difference is she wouldn’t be pregnant which means the slowly arising internal conflict from her having to choose her unborn baby (and thusly herself) over her friends and family wouldn’t be there.

I don’t know if it was what you were going for but I’ve never been a huge fan of the implication that being in a relationship has somehow changed or lessened her character. There’s a difference between her just being sidelined as someone’s love interest and Kaneki being her love interest too, which I think Ishida has handled pretty well.
