When the fight between Tooru, Saiko and Urie is nearing it`s conclusion, Tooru decides to tear off his eyepatch. I might be overthinking this, but I wonder if it was also a symbolic gesture. Just a little before Tooru does some reflection about his life. He was broken and fractured by awful things that happened in the past. But living at the Chetau with the Quinx Squad and Sasaki, managed to heal him at least somewhat from those horrible wounds. Tooru wanted to return to that time, and Sasaki/Kaneki would not have to even look at him the way Tooru wanted (romantically) earlier.
Tooru end the reflection by saying that can`t live in world of illusions anymore. This shattering of illusions is showcased by the removal of the eyeptach. I wonder if there is a bit more into this reflection that Tooru declaring that he should have died.
I think it might have something to do with Tooru letting go of his obsession towards Sasaki. Sasaki was likely the first person to offer any sort kindness towards Tooru after a very long time, so no wonder he left such a big impression on Mucchan. He also thought that he would be a perfect fit with him since both are liars. It was like the happiness of what Tooru had in Chetau was constructed only around Sasaki. I think by having Tooru have the eyepatch earlier, it might symbolize his obsession with this only one goal: and that was Sasaki. Sasaki = happy days in the Chetau. By having the eyepatch, it possibly meant that Tooru looked the world from only one, warped perspective, and that was his obsession.
What is interesting is that Kaneki has been shown with this similar eyepatch symbolism. That the eyepatch blocks the other eye, that he watches the world from only one, certain perspective.
The removal of the eyepatch might mean the end of this obsession. An abandoning of the only one, warped perspective about the surrounding world. Tooru looks the world with both of his eyes, trough a new perspective. That the happiness that surrounded the Cheatu was not only done by Sasaki. It was all of them, all of the Quinx sqaud members.
I have to wonder whether this was the first time Mutsuki has EVER spoken about the abuse. Because it seemed like Mutsuki immediately repressed everything after being taken into custody, mourning the loss and crying over the family that is now described as horrible. And when mortally wounded during the Auction, Mutsuki thought of wanting to be with/see them again.
So it seems like Mutsuki has been bottling this secret up from the beginning. A lifetime of lying to people about what was happening, pretending everything was okay, and never admitting out loud that anything was wrong.
Now, finally, Mutsuki screams and rages about having been born into a horrible environment. Finally says THESE PEOPLE WERE HORRIBLE. Finally admits to being broken, and hurt, and so angry, and lost.
Anyone that has gone through dealing with trauma knows that is an important first step. Just…..giving voice to those things. Admitting that it exists. Telling other people about it.
Mutsuki finally stopped lying, and showed all the ugliness and pain to them. But instead of the death that Mutsuki seemed to want so much, Saiko and Urie offered acceptance and forgiveness. That’s an enormous thing.

it’s a hand that looks to be smaller than his and it’s the same settings as with ch108, in which it most likely was the twin who was sleeping so… I’d say it’s the twin in ch120 too. 🙂
We have yet to know for sure how UT is involved with the blue sect arc but in my opinion:
either he’s not the mastermind at all
or he’s partially involved (and he used his “episode” method to edit the star lords’ cinematic records) because there is the twin involved too but his objective is, as with the Campania and Weston arcs, not that easily understandable (as in, he might backstab whoever else is in this project, like he did with Ryan).
We probably need to go back to present time before we get more clues on the subject. :3 So we will probably know only in a few months or years if that was the twin or not in ch120.

The family tree
The hint is in how the birth and death dates for Cedric don’t show the years because, being a shinigami for a long time and deserting only 50 years ago, UT as Cedric wouldn’t have lived during the 19th century but way earlier, which is possibly why Yana hid the years. 🙂
You don’t have to agree that it is a hint, but Sensei included a very similar hint for the 2ct on that tree too (it was only half-hidden that Vincent had two children), so… 🙂
Another hint would be that we never saw the shadow of Cedric K. Ros (unlike Claudia whose shadow we saw twice) while UT’s real name is still unknown, so if you associate the two you get that maybe UT’s real identity is Cedric K. Ros.
…it’s possible that UT’s ring initially belonged to the P family and was part of a set with the ring Ciel currently wears: maybe the blue ring is the Watchdog’s ring while the white ring belonged to the Watchdog’s spouse?
So in the idea that UT = Cedric and thus was romantically involved with Claudia, it would explain why he has this ring in the first place, because he kept it all these years due to what this ring represents to him.
EDIT: careful with that point, because it could also be a ring that UT kept from his previous life. All I’m saying is that this ring is supposedly a symbol of nobility and that there might be a hint to it, depending where it comes from.

However, I don’t think he’s part of real Ciel or consists of his dark sides or negative emotions. I rather think Sebastian is a demon who has existed before and the twin’s death just triggered his appearance. It wasn’t real Ciel who summoned Sebastian but our Ciel. So while the twin’s death was what caused our Ciel to summon Sebastian, the demon didn’t appear only because of real Ciel but rather because of our Ciel. But he probably took real Ciel’s soul as a first payment for appearing in the first place. Maybe that’s why it looks like he’s appearing from the twin’s blood.
The way I read it, our!Ciel is able to summon Sebastian because of the tumultuous emotions he felt upon witnesses his brother’s murder. Sebastian’s form came out of the very blood whose spilling had led to our!Ciel to summon the demon.

Kuro blogs that I know of generally focus on specific theories, ships or characters (for example, I like Kuro theories in general, but I like some subjects more than others), but since all the arcs are relevant to the main plot, it’s hard to find a blog about just one arc. That being said, maybe some blogs do exist, I just don’t have any coming to mind besides @weston-hcs :3

I don’t know but maybe there is an actual reason she ended up being the one to carry Yomo.
Aside from that, I never wrote any theory about Itori and Touka just because of that one mole-on-breast thing that they share lol, rather I wrote about a possible parallel because…
Itori knows about hybrid pregnancies and thus might help Touka with making her own pregnancy viable, but even that is just a theory that might get confirmed or denied within the next chapters, I guess.

I mean, feel free to ship them if you want, but I feel (if that part wasn’t mistranslated) that Itori simply looks up to the one she refers to as her “king”…
…because of what he accomplished or represented, but that person could be the Nagaraj just like it could be Furuta, since Furuta was the “king” that the Clowns were helping recently, or someone else. So you see, in the first place we can’t even be sure that this person is Uta, so I definitely wasn’t vouching for Itori and Uta to have a thing between them.
Maybe she simply helped Uta and Yomo because they’ve been friends for a long time and that comment about “loving [her] king” is referring to someone entirely different (Furuta, Kaneki, someone from the past… again if it wasn’t mistranslated).
And besides, let’s say she actually had/has a crush on Uta (in the theory that he’s the Nagaraj and that she was talking about him), it doesn’t mean that he ever reciprocated her feelings anyway.
So my bad, I’m really fond of the theory that the Clowns are older than they look and that the Nagaraj is Uta, but it remains a rather cracky theory to this day and we can’t exactly be sure that it’s who Itori was talking about in that panel above.

Hm, it’s a little hard to explain because all the ships I have are generally fueled by canon content, so it’s not exactly a ship I’m serious about, but at the same time since I find there is some kind of ambiguity in canon (mostly because they’re still mysterious characters), I’ve considered it before. 🙂

So overall, if I were to sum up my thoughts about them, I’d use this:
the three of them are definitely friends
but at the same time, only Uta and Itori are Clowns and have known each other longer
in :Re ch148, it seemed more like Uta went to save Yomo and Itori followed him, instead of the two of them both wanting to save Yomo.
unless Itori played it dismissively because she didn’t want Tsukiyama to think she cared about Yomo too, hard to say.
also this cover gives me weird vibes about an unresolved issue since Itori is in the middle of them and holding a funeral frame (who/what are they burying?), while the chapter introduced the concept of dead hybrid babies, so for all we know there could be more to it
Finally…
Itori was described to be pleasant and likable (despite her jokes giving Yomo a hard time) by both men so… who knows if there is just friendship or not. xD
TL;DR I don’t know if there is/might have been romantic feelings existing within their little trio or not, but if somehow Sensei reveals that there is or was, it wouldn’t bother me at all. :))
