This blog makes me wanna read black butler, is there any specific place you read it that you recommend?

Hi Anon! Aww, thanks for being willing to give it a try!

Just warning you but the first volume is kinda of a different tone with the rest of the series (because Yana-sensei didn’t receive confirmation that the series would go for a long run for a little while), so if you never watched the anime at least give the story a chance until ch14 or so. ^_^

You can read it here or on any other usual reading site, it’s just that this site generally updates with the official English version whenever it is available.

Enjoy your weekend and thanks for passing by! :))

I want to know what’s up with those veins that appear from time to time… Are they Rc pathways…

image

or something else?

And if they’re Rc pathways, do they become visible when ghouls are exhausted and pushing themselves to their last resort for healing or fighting? Would make sense, but I’d just like some mention of this later, it’s interesting.

Edit:

thanks Cor!

Okay so, Anon, first of all thanks for making me freak out for, like, 5 minutes because I hadn’t noticed anything at first. xD No worries though, you were right to ask!

As you must have seen though, I now kinda agree with everyone that Sensei possibly was going for a scary effect, because not only is that the way he rock’n’rolls his story, but as of right now, it might as well be just random blood from an injury and not necessarily a miscarriage. The whole scene is rather confusing so, again, in my opinion it turned out that way on purpose.

More precisely, we know the topic of Touka’s pregnancy is one that’s bound to be seriously addressed after this arc is finally over because…

image

…we know there is a lot of general uncertainty about it, so I think the point of Sensei scaring us is also to make Touka worry for her baby after she’s done saving her husband.

It really was an emotionally and physically exhausting arc for her, that started back in vol13, that’s why she looks so freaking tired in this chapter, so Touka naturally worrying for her baby is definitely the next step after stopping Dragoneki (with some “ily” beautiful moment next chapter maybe).

In other words, Baby Sui’s status just got a huge “?” after this chapter but, again, narratively speaking, it wouldn’t be particularly logical to make that baby die because Touka went to save its daddy, so I’d say the whole point is just to make Touka raise the subject as soon as Kaneki is safe. :))

Now, we gotta wait until then! There is probably one more chapter of Kaneki stopping Dragoneki by awakening or Touka managing to separate him from his kakuja form, unless we’re directly going to Kaneki waking up in a proper bed, the whole nightmare being already over!

Have a nice weekend Anon :3

spoilers for the new tg chapter and trigger warning below for disturbing possibility

if someone can give me their opinion, especially if you disagree, I’d appreciate it

I might be wrong but I think that is from Kaneki and not her as she was getting up from what looks as black liquid that was there already before being struck by one of these things (that scene).

image

So I think it is that over miscarriage.

SMALL EDIT: Just to prove that place she fell in is liquid and not just bad scan:

image

^You can see something below them splashing. So she did fell into what looks as RC liquid. 🙂

I was discussing it with @mamasaiko. It can be. But the fact that the loss of blood in miscarriage cannot be that much, the bloods were literally falling down in huge drops as if they’re coming from a severe wound, blood spreading around almost takes 2 hours and it happens little by little. Also if it were a miscarriage, the blood probably would have soaked Touka’s lower body, her pants.

Pretty much why I’m positive this is just false flag. Same like when Ishida trolled with ending of 127 in where everyone was losing their mind did something happened to Touka and Kaneki for him to be soaked in “blood” only for next chapter to reveal its Kaneki’s RC problem.

Blood is coming from outside of her clothing. Which indicates blood dropping we saw was from when creature struck her while down below in general is from black liquid below her in which she fell.

No worries as such everyone and @midnight-in-town. She is wounded but baby is fine. Would be truly stupid to have her lose baby now for “muh tragedy” after everything Ishida did to keep it. Truly stupid and pointless thing to do.

yeah, thanks everyone for sharing your opinions! ❤

I’m just going to stand by my idea that, narratively speaking, it wouldn’t be very logical to off that baby.

At the same time, Sensei wanting to scare us about it, precisely as Kaneki is about to be freed, is also a troll move he could totally write, so either way, I’m just to consider that that panel wasn’t necessarily about a miscarriage.

Maybe she got hurt, maybe those Kaneki’s thingies got hurt, maybe it’s the baby but Ishida just wants to scare us because that’s who he is. xDD

No certainty for now, but thanks for helping! 😀

survey-corps-potato:

The
SC started a fire on many roofs in the Liberio District:

That
was the job of Floch and some other members. Civilians
from those buildings should have evacuated by now, though even if
there were any civilians remaining, they should have more than enough
time to escape, since the fire started on the roof. Though, Floch was
being typical Floch and was burning entire buildings…

This plan that the SC is using gave me some Armin
vibes. Because, in ch64, it was Armin’s idea to use
barrels full of oil that burn fast and create a lot of smoke, in
order to create a smoke-screen so they could hide in it:

It
appears to me that the SC plans to create a huge cloud of smoke above
the Liberio district, and the only reason I could think of why they
would do such a thing, is if they plan to escape through the air, using a
zeppelin.

Magath
said to seal off the internment zone, so that not a single SC member
could escape. That is a logical move, and it must be something that
the SC anticipated. So the only way for them to escape would be
through the air. By creating a cloud of smoke above the district, the
zeppelin could potentially land, pick up the crew, and escape
unnoticeable. Or at least, by the time it is noticed, it would
already be to late to make any counter measures.

The
lights that Connie and other placed may be there to guide the zeppelin where to
land, because they won’t be able to see much from above, once the
cloud of smoke expands.
