I didn’t forget and I know, and there’s even a scanlation all done already, but there is something I want sorted out first before posting it, so I apologize for putting you through the wait like this. A summary is the least I can do for the time being, especially seeing there are two very curious details in this chapter that certainly have to be addressed. Spoiler alert.
When Our Ciel was trying to decide whether to take Sebastian’s offer of a contract, part of the reason he made the decision he did was because he dreaded telling the truth to his family.

Touka has always thought of herself as a monster for having to kill to live… how much worse would that idea be engraved in her heart if the baby dies because her ghoul body can’t carry the child…..
This is just speculation from my part, but I think maybe Kanou grafted more kakuhou onto Shirazu’s body. He already was an Ukaku, so maybe he received Koukaku, Rinkaku and Bikaku kakuhou…
As for the name “Dragon” in itself…
…I’m wondering if maybe Kanou didn’t get his hands on Tatara’s body after Seidou killed him… And if so maybe one of the kakuhou he transplanted to Shirazu is Tatara’s, hence the name “Dragon”…
