The text itself says:

He was an associate special class investigator who died in duty, Furuta’s former boss.
A part of skin on his face was transplanted,
ears and nose were chipped off,
his right leg was prosthetic. All of these were
wounds he got while chasing a ghoul called JAIL.
Cruelly, not being choosy about the methods he uses in investigation, he tracked down the Tsukiyama family.

I tried to solve this as a riddle, so I divided the words by the formatting they were in. I couldn’t really see anything interesting in any other formatting, other than Furuta’s.

here you go!! if you don’t mind, can you also tell me what it means? there’s others with text like these but i can’t read anything :’D

Furuta – is – ghoul – agent.

Although, I’m not sure about the translation of “agent”. The word is 手段, usually translated as means/measures, but when I checked a dictionary aimed at translators, I saw that it was also translated as “agent” too.
