Ah the comic I reblogged of Furuta recognizing Touka is just a one page thing I believe, you have it on my blog since I reblogged it. As for the other omakes of vol 5, try this blog.
If you want earlier omakes of :Re or TG however, try here or on reading sites that you can find on google (like mangahere): For example I know Twisted Hel Scan’s always uploaded the omakes at the end of every volume they would translate for TG.

This is Kuroiwa Takeomi’s diary content for December 24th. I’m not going to completely translate it because it’s long and he writes in a very formal and polite manner, but to summarize:
– Rank 1 Itou (Kuramoto and Sasaki hadn’t been promoted yet ) invited him to dinner at the Chateau
– The Chateau is a three-storied building with a training room on the first floor, living room+meeting room on the second, and individual rooms on the third. There are also guest rooms on the second floor and extra rooms on the third, probably in case of extra quinx members in the future. The Chateau is very large.
– Takeomi volunteered to help Rank 1 Sasaki in preparing the food but was told to just sit down and relax. He felt bad though and did help with some simple tasks but says Rank 1 Sasaki’s cooking was so quick and skillful he felt he ended up slowing things down.
– Special Class Arima and First Class Mado also came, chatting with Urie who had gone out to get supplies. He wonders what they were talking about, but he thinks (as Urie is very passionate about his job) Urie was asking them for advice on investigative methods.
– They had dinner. Takeomi praises Rank 1 Sasaki’s cooking (in his journal, not while they were having dinner).
– Yonebayashi invited him to a game after dinner. (From his very serious description it’s a racing game.)
– Shirazu and Yonebayashi are very skilled at the game, and he in his inexperience was very bad.
– Rank 1 Itou was familiar with these games and managed to keep up with the two, but in the end was defeated by Yonebayashi.
– Takeomi was surprised at Yonebayashi’s unexpected skills.
– He and Rank 1 Itou left at 9pm as they had work for the next day.
– Rank 1 Itou was very cheerful on the way back and seemed to have enjoyed the evening very much.
– Takeomi reflects on how his father is busy with work and he doesn’t get the chance to sit and have dinner with a group of people. He enjoyed the dinner too.
– He is very thankful to Rank 1 Itou for inviting him, and to Rank 1 Sasaki for welcoming him with open arms.
– (There is a key phrase here I wasn’t able to make out. Take this translation with a grain of salt.) He intends to use the experience to motivate himself in his job as an investigator.
