Either that or she’s referring to UT’s confession that he was the one who retrieved RC’s body (and thus must also be the the person who revived him) since imo that was the biggest revelation in this chapter.
I mean, there were a lot of foreshadowing that UT must be somehow involved in RC’s resurrection (ch108, ch109, ch120, tokuten illustration, etc), so maybe Yana was like “I dropped lots of hints so I assume some people already saw this plot twist coming, but yeah anyway, here it is! Finally, he (UT) admitted that he was the one who’s responsible for RC’s return!”. But honestly, idk ¯_(ツ)_/¯
I’ll just wait until tomorrow and then check other Japanese fans’ reviews of this chapter. Maybe they’ll come up with a more plausible interpretation of Yana’s latest tweet than mine^^;
Now this isn’t something that I have any certain conclusions about, but these panels from CH65 P15 have always interested me.
Considering that we know Bizarre Dolls do not use their eyes (and most of them had their eyes covered to begin with) would the fact that they were able to locate Sebastian amongst all of the corpses suggest he has some form of soul? Sebastian of course points out that the Dolls are targeting Ciel, but nevertheless they are still able to see Sebastian and have interest in biting him.
I’m not sure! It’s also possible that Yana did not consider what this scene implied but I’ll disregard that for now. I could see two possibilities with this:
Sebastian has his own kind of “demon soul” which is different to that of a human.
When Sebastian consumes a soul, the most recent we potentially know of being RC’s soul, it stays inside of him for some time acting as a “replacement” for his own inherent soullessness. Therefore he is not technically soulless and the Bizarre Dolls are interested in him.
I’m hardly certain about any of those suggestions, but it’s interesting to think about considering we know very little about Yana’s take on demons. Any ideas?

As white-queen-lacus pointed out in the comment section, at least Sebastian himself said so in ch11 – both in the Japanese version as well as in the YP translation.
In Japanese, “body and soul” isn’t a set phrase/idiom like in English, so I guess he literally meant “his body” and “his soul”.
btw, I’m guessing there’s something extra special about Eto/Yoshimura’s kagune. I still have Amon and Takizawa to take into consideration, but I’m sure you guys noticed the scar on Kaneki’s ribs this chapter, right?
It’s from the Owl quinque.
Kaneki was all healed up by the time he fought Arima in V14, and Haise had no marks when we saw his stomach during the Auction Raid. It seems like he was regenerating just fine with Rize’s super-kagune, right up until his hand was taken off by Kanae (who had Eto’s “strength”).
He lost his:
right hand = Kanea (vicariously Eto, followed by eating her kagune)
both legs = IXA – grew back normally
left hand = Owl
right ribs = Owl
Everything other that was mostly “minor” slices and plain kagune being sloughed off, so it ended up healing regularly. All the places that involved Eto or the Owl quinque are still scarred.
So maybe there’s something even more important behind that quinque that Arima knew would (hopefully) help Kaneki in the future somehow. I wonder what they can do…

Irimi and Koma: Yeah, it’s hinted they’re dead but The Golden Rule of animanga/TV series/books/movies/etc. is no one is confirmed dead until we see it happening on-sceen.
Itori and Roma: Like @snarky-gourmet said, Uta and Donato are already in Cochlea so it’s possible some of the other Clowns went to Rue.
