Connie and Sasha are commonly seen as the comic relief duo and while I agree that they definitely fulfill this role, both of them are amazing characters in their own rights with seriously badass moments and very serious story arcs that accompany them.
Both of them left home to prove they can make something of themselves.
Both of them ended up with the choice to join the Military Police and make their families proud. Both of them realized that, despite how terrifying they knew it would be, their consciences would not allow them to go anywhere other than the Survey Corps. Both of them have since taken on titans without having any 3DMG to use.
Despite the hardships that each of them have been forced to endure during the course of the series, these two still manage to stay as lighthearted as anyone in Attack on Titan can, and they have a very dynamic friendship because of that. They both try their best to keep their spirits up along with those around them, but they also know when it’s time to be serious.
Because of their roles as the more lighthearted characters, it’s very easy to appreciate their relationship as it’s presented in the story. They’re best friends that will stick with each other through thick and thin. Their chemistry works very well and their friendship is very believable. I like to think that many of us can and do relate to the type of friendship these two share.
I’m binge watching TWD and even as I watch I have many regrets… Had to draw a cute thing to save myself from wetting my pants or puking all over my desk.
Remember the beach trip “series” that only had one part? I just rediscovered this springles thing I got done before the lazy shit within me got the upper hand and ditched the project. So might as well post it ;v;
