Hey Anon!
Yep I do, and, although I generally try not to affirm anything bold because I’m not the author, it seems that there aren’t really any doubts left on this topic. 🙂
I mean, Guts, Casca and Puck left Rickert and Erica at the end of volume 22 to go to Skellig Island and in vol 28 the Skull Knight told Guts and Schierke that the Sovereign of the flower storm could help Casca regain her sanity…

So I just believe that since we’re now on volume 39, this whole journey to cure Casca just simply won’t end up with Danan saying in one of the next chapters “oops by the way, I can’t help her”.
Besides, Casca is a vital character to the story anyway (anyone thinking this manga is about Guts vs Griffith only probably missed the dynamic of our trio during the Golden age arc) and, while I never minded her attitude ever since the eclipse, she’s not exactly useful to the plot as the shadow of what she once was.
Don’t get me wrong, she was important to Guts’ character the whole time and to Farnese’s development too, but she was not able to take an active part when it comes to the central plot of the story ever since the eclipse, so since I do believe she will have a role later (see here for more details)… Well, it just makes sense that she will regain her mind very very soon now.
I’m not saying this will be easy or that she’ll go back to who she was immediately by the way :post eclipse, she became like that because she just couldn’t cope with what happened so when she’s brought back, she will have to cope and it will probably be hard and painful for a time.
So yes, I think Casca will be cured either in this volume or the next one 🙂
I hope it answers your question Anon, have a nice day/evening!
