- but obviously nine specters with swords + sauron + bringing Gandalf back would have been too much in that dress
- but then her son-in-law attacked the specters and she couldn't take care of both Gandalf and the villains so yeh
- but then i realized that him asking was like a confirmation about how powerful everyone recognizes that she is

- gotta love how Elrond took care of his mother in law during the whole scene tho'
- i mean she did annihilate the first dude in one second
